what are the qualities of a best supervisor?  let me think…………

first, he/she delegates responsibilities.always. just delegate and nothing else. tells his/her members by saying " i trust you guys";

second, pretends as if he/she knows everything;

third, thinks that he/she a supreme power;

fourth, practices and lives with HYPOCRISY;

fifth, freaks out under pressure;

sixth, dresses in a funny manner. ignoring fashion standards;

lastly, writes a letter telling that he/ she wants to receive an award.

have i forgotten something?
